Introduction to Crystal Healing Practises
Workshop
Join Kelly for a gentle and inspiring workshop exploring the energetic, historical, mythological and spiritual qualities of crystals.
Through meditation, intuitive exploration and practical exercises, you will learn how to:
☆Cleanse, charge, dedicate and care for your crystals
☆Maintain energetic balance and spiritual hygiene
☆Explore different ways of working with crystal energy
☆Practise three crystal healing techniques for self-healing
Kelly will hold a safe and sacred space for you throughout the afternoon. You will also receive workshop handouts and audio recordings of the crystal meditations to continue your practice at home.

Chakra Healing Retreat
